Force Majeure Policy

This policy explains how bookings are handled in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Definition

Force majeure includes natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes and other events beyond reasonable control.

Impact on Bookings

Where such events prevent a stay or service, the resort shall not be held liable for the resulting inability to perform.

Rescheduling & Credits

Wherever reasonably possible, affected guests will be offered rescheduling or a credit for a future stay in lieu of a refund.

Refunds

Any refunds under force-majeure circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable law.
