Booking Policy
This policy outlines how bookings are made, confirmed and modified at Le Pondy.
Making a Booking
Bookings can be made through our website, reservation team, or authorised partners. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation with a booking reference.
Multi-Room Bookings
You may reserve multiple room categories under a single booking. Members can be set individually for each room, up to the permitted limit.
Guest Information
Accurate guest details are required. All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Modifications
Requests to modify dates, room types or member counts are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
Rates & Availability
All bookings are subject to real-time availability. Displayed rates may vary by date, season and occupancy.
Group & Event Bookings
Bookings of five rooms or more, and event bookings, may be governed by a separate contract and payment schedule.
